The Hotel is average, not worth the price. They have tried to renovate bits and peaces, but a lot of parts are closed or not working.
We spent 7 days there and then asked for transfer, as we couldn't enjoy it anymore.
Family rooms are ok, big with SmartTV, but shower head is old and not moovable, we had struggle every evening to wash the kids. Food in the main restaurant is good, personnel friendly, but last days it looked like that there is not enough personnel for the number of guests. Pools are nice, but only 1 heated and suitable for small kids. Aqua pool is far away from the hotel, there are not enough sun umbrellas, very loud music and not heated pools, in March was too cold for smaller kids to enjoy. Kids club is understaffed, otherwise ladies do their best. Animation team friendly, but nothing extraordinary, offer basic staff and due to the majority of clients speaking Russian language - we were several times approached also in Russian language, which is inappropriate if the owner wants to get the international public. Also at the kids club, Russian language became the main one due to the majority of Russian speakers there; however, ladies were able to speak also ENG and DEU, maybe even other languages. Ambiente in the main building is too loud. At the reception not everyone really understand English, needed to beg to get second entrance card and even then needed to go back twice to actually get it working. At the towel station I was twice told that I'm doing something wrong (once it was misunderstanding, second time they were not happy for asking to change the towels in the morning).
Once mooving into another hotel, we found out how much better it can be in All inclusive hotel for the same price and at the same area. Will definitely not return and do not recommend if looking for modern and to the clients oriented hotel with a lot to offer for kids. At least, not at the point we were there. - via
