Booked tubing for Friday night. Due to a last minute emergency I reached out by phone, text and email to the hill requesting another time. After some time of not hearing back from anyone, I reached out again to reschedule the time and was told no. The quoted a strict 48 hour cancelation procedure.
While I understand this, I was not looking to cancel, just to use my tickets at another time (offered a weekday during the day as long as it was open last minute on their calendar)..... I never heard back from anyone.
A business that not only does not respond to their custers but also does not find flexibility is not one that I want to attend. Disappointed as this seemed like a fun winter activity. - via
