Poor customer servie for a service insustry od this size! Do not recommend sunwing again.
After 5 hours of delay to get onboard. We got to mexico super late ... out name wasn't on their list so had to wait another 1.5 to 2 for them to sort out our 15 min taxi ride !!!! ... lost a good half day of resort with no on board food or even water when we were waiting ....
Coming back. Flight is scheduled at 8:15 at night and the sunwing wants to takes us to airport at 3 pm !!! They have ZEREO value for your time ... so basically a good full day of your vacation is burnt when you go with sunwing.
I will not fly or book with them again. - via
