I don’t know if the staff has changed here. But years ago I tried to get certified through this dive shop. I struggled when I first tried to learn and instead of helping me a dive master looked at me and told me diving is not for everyone. So two years later, another $350 I got certified through a different shop that is SSI. This dive shop doesn’t care about you but just cares about your money. I was never offered any of my money back. - via
