My husband and I did the beginners intro course, and loved it. Matt, Rachel and Edward were excellent. Matt was patient whilst going through the skills, Rachel was an excellent support and guide, and Edward was an awesome Captain. All were relaxed and easy to talk to, and very conscious of our comfort levels. Couldn't recommend them more highly. - via
