We paid $700 for a jet ski manatee tour. Not only did we not see any manatees which is not in their control but ours and our tour guides jet ski broke and we were stuck stranded in ocean until we were rescued by a boat. Gasoline spilled on all of our stuff and even on the googles we had to use! They refused to give us any money back. - via
