This was the worst catamaran ever we booked it through the Resort, the guy told us that we would have lobster for lunch. I'm sure he also said there will be booze on the boat.
When we got to the place they put us in margaritabill. We were expecting to have a drink. Then they told us we had to pay for drinks. Finished eating at chicken lunch, which was not a lobster. They made us wait while they were all confused on how to put people onto a bus to put us on the catamaran. Once on the camera and which was not a problem. We started making way I asked for a drink. They said they will not. Give us drinks until the end of the catamaran cruise.
At that point I showed frustration. I don't blame the people that work there. But the person to took my resume reservation. Should have told us all the informalso also I brought my own snorkeling mask full face mask as I do not want to wear. The most peaceful other people have worn. They told me it was against company policy to bring your own full face mask. Do not waste your time with this place. I will be requesting for a full refund - via
