The hotel is amazing the tennis coach is great and the water activity’s also the staff was really nice and the people that receive you at the airport go above and beyond I enjoyed a lot but there where a couple downsides. The butler made a couple of mistakes on reservations and when we were leaving the room he entered to the bathroom while I was using it it was very uncomfortable and very invasive they rushed us out because the plane was leaving and when we got to the reception we had to wait for 25 minutes until the plane arrived. - via
