I just finished my Divemaster training at Alton’s - over the last month I have learned so much and made so many new friends, I can’t even begin to describe the experience. Kris, AJ and Pete are all phenomenal mentors and resources; Alex, Lewis, KJ, Martha and Diane are wonderful, kind and patient instructors; Beto is the most knowledgeable and enthusiastic guide I’ve ever had the pleasure of following; and Erik is one of the finest captains I’ve ever worked with (and I’ve worked with a lot). The gear is clean and well maintained, the boats are some of the fastest on the island, and the whole operation just feels like one big extended family. I had quite a few options when I came to Utila, and I can’t believe how fortunate I was to choose this one - if you’re thinking about pursuing ANY course, from Discover Scuba up to Divemaster, or for that matter just doing some fun dives, I HIGHLY recommend doing it here. - via
