When traveling, my family and I always try to experience an area to its full extent: participating in activities, trying new cuisines, and seeing the area for what it is known for. We quickly discovered that one of the activities, Albuquerque is known for is hot air ballooning. I researched and reached out to a few companies and was thrilled when Captain Kirk, responded back. He was professional and kind and gave me a run down of expectations. On the day of our flight, he and his helper, Mark allowed our family to really experience ballooning. We got to help set up and tear down. We loved the hands on experience! During our flight, Captain Kirk answered ALL of our questions. He also shared with us the history of ballooning too.
I personally, do not like heights, but the ride was so gradual and smooth. Even our landing was smooth. Captain Kirk is a great pilot. It was the perfect experience! Thank you for helping our family experience ballooning as well as enjoy the sights of Albuquerque at sunrise! - via
