Contacted Red Sea Diving College a few months prior to our holiday to see what our options would be for an AOWD and a non-diver to do a try dive. The team were super helpful-laying out all the options prior to our trip.
My husband decided to continue after his try dives to do his Open Water Diver Certification. Whilst he was doing his training dives I went out with other instructors and had guided dives. I did several shore dives, along with a day of boat diving at Ras Mohammed National Park. The boat was well organised, all crew were super helpful, helping with fins and getting the wetsuit off! ?? Food was delicious and the cups of tea very welcoming! ??
My guides over the 4 days were Hanna, Sambo and Ahmed. All so lovely, so helpful and very knowledgable. Offered loads of advice (I’d not dived since 2013) and it was most welcome! It’s my 3rd time diving in Sharm and I think we will definitely be back to see them at the Red Sea Diving College. Overall a brilliant experience from start to finish. Thank you to all we met. - via
