Booked and received confirmation from Karen for discover scuba diving a month prior to our date. Before booking Karen was extremely rude over the phone with the questions I had. Despite that interaction I booked based on previous reviews. Despite our early arrival, we were not checked in and were ignored until the boat was getting prepared to leave. Karen stated “ we did not register or receive confirmation” and continued to blame this misunderstanding on us. I showed her the printed email confirmation and she still was extremely adamant that this was our fault. Karen stated that even though she had our reservation she wouldn’t honor the discover scuba diving. Kevin allowed us to do snorkeling for free due to the inconvenience and Karen rudely stated that “it was not my choice to allow this”. Highly disappointed in the rude customer service on Karen’s end. Kelly was very knowledgeable and apologetic for the misunderstanding on Karen’s end. I would not recommend this experience to anyone looking to book. This opportunity would have been recommended on our end if Karen was not the main point of contact. - via
