It is for sure one of the biggest drop zones in Europe - but it got really smaller. You used to be able to do formation loads with 4 skyvans. This August (2022) we had the "luxury" of three skyvans to build a 2point 60 person national record. At the end of the event we were told that it was the last event of this size at that drop zone...
Honestly, the only reason to drive over 8 hours were the size of their hangar (ie skyvans). If this will not be there in the future, there is no reason for ME to go there - prices are WAY too high for regular jumps (EUR 39,50 for 12000ft, EUR 56,00 for 15000ft) - compare this to EUR 20,00 in Belgium that is not as far to drive and a cleaner DZ.
I never was a tandem customer here, not did I get my AFF training here so I cannot attest to the quality of these things. But for a fun jumper who is interested in big ways, 3* is the friendliest Google rating I can give this place. - via
