The diving operation is totally excellent, offering separate dives 4 times throughout the day (diving equipment rental is not cheap). Food buffet is simple and very good, rooms are well air conditioned, come with nice see views, excellent open-air spa on top offers massages at reasonable prices. Good wifi, good transfers from Manila arranged by the property.
Beyond the property, it is a dump (literally), with trash all around, including in water, the water stings if you go for a swim. Given Anilao charges US$7 per diver per day in marine fees, the sea of trash is depressing. - via
