Very friendly and helpful service.
I popped in here to look at kayaks, I was greeted with a friendly hello. Moments later when hovering around the kayaks, I was asked if I could be "assisted at all", I politely refuse. Then after about 15minutes of me wandering and looking, I was followed up by another staff member, who was knowledgeable in the sport, and guided me to my future purchase.
I appreciated the insight and the understanding that I wasn't buying on the day. I also appreciated the focus on Australian stock and confirmation of plenty of stock in another location. . It's another reason to shop local. Well done canoe & surf. - via
