Finished my PADI AOWD course with Dave and the Excel Scuba team. The first site presented low visibility due to unusually heavy rain so they drove us 25 mins up the coast from Abades to Tabaiba - the wreck/deep dive spot to switch the order of things. Thoroughly enjoyed it, especially being paired up with other more experienced divers in a mixed group. Others were taking photos and pointing things out I may have otherwise missed. Dave took me and one other through the deep/wreck dive on day 1 and navigation, PPB and DSMB on day 2. Everything went smoothly, learnt loads, and had a great time! Missed out on the night dive due to conditions, and nitrox due to time constraints of finding the good dive spots, so my advice to others would be to meter your expectations when it comes to tackling chosen specialities according to the weather conditions. Everyone was super helpful and Dave went out of his way afterwards to help me with some PADI account issues I was having. Thank you Excel! - via
