We were never picked up from our hotel. We booked through our resort and they never showed to pick us up. They rescheduled our excursion but it ruined our vacation schedule. They wouldn’t even give us a discount saying “it was a technology issue”. The excursion was fun once we got there, but they really hurt our whole vacation by missing our pickup. - via
