If you are going to deliver a package or have it be delivered to you. Please try to avoid using Canpar. Customer service is rude. I once had a package being delivered to me and they had no idea where it was for a couple days. This is completely unacceptable and reaching customer service in the first place was difficult. I finally got someone where I was told to "wait for dispatch and call back." fine...
When I would eventually call back I was then told that dispatch was not available or I've reached the wrong number, I felt like I was put in a loop trying to get to the right person to talk to. Then I was told to wait for the tracking number to be updated on the website, later to know that they had no idea where my package was, and the tracking number on the website was never updated. I don't blame the employees but cmon man.
They found out where my package was, then told to come to this location, which I did. Then one of the workers there couldn't find the package and they called the driver. The driver was out delivering the package... To a convenience store. But I would have to wait until they finished their run.
This company clearly lacks communication between each other. I understand that it might be difficult at times but to tell me to come all the way here, just to say that the package is not there is what drew the line for me.
