Office, Equipment and communication was always nice and very good. They have a Speedboat what makes the way to the dive site fast and conveinient.
My first dive day was really good. The dive guide was a Canadian Who was simply awesome. He did a good briefing and looked after everyone throughout the entire dive. He checked a couple of times if everybody was ok. The visibility was not perfect but with him i always felt safe.
That made me book a second day, and i really was disappointed. We had a different guide (from Hongkong) and he didnt care a lot. His briefing was almost not existing and his hand signs were always only a bunch of waves. The visibility was a little netter but still only around 8m. We dived in a row with me at the end. I had least experience but he never wanted to know. During the dive i almost never saw him which means i was not able to contact him in any case. I felt too light at the end but i had no chance to Tell him. First Chance was when he instructed us to do the safety stop but it was too late and made me pop up directy to the surface. After telling him about my issues during the dive on the boat he did not care and kept telling me i had enough weight.
I did not felt safe and if the guide does not care is for my opinion a safety issue. - via
