Was lucky enough to join a friend on a Try dive . Initially I was very nervous , although a regular swimmer this was totally out of my comfort zone , everything we needed was provided , Andy was very reassuring talking us through the equipment and guiding us all the way . We spent approx. An hour in the pool . Absolutely loved it . Thanks to Andy and Colin for all your help . - via Google
