If you try to plan ahead, don’t use the web site to book anything. I booked online for Shark Alley. Got there and they couldn’t find my reservation or proof of payment. They they told me they weren’t going to shark alley. Even worse, I tried calling about 10 times prior to the trip and nobody ever answered. I also tried emailing. Never received a response.
Service once we got there. Dive master was a nice guy, but spent the time taking pictures instead of being a guide. - via
