This place sucks. Phone service off the rip was poor. They told me I had to book on their website online to get a deal, ok fine. Booked for 2 weeks in advance. They emailed me 5 hours before my jump and said they need to cancel because of "low clouds/poor weather"... ok fine. I called them to make sure I was getting a full refund, they said the $8 per jump fee (total of $16) was nonrefundable, I said but you guys cancelled the jump? Not me? Why do I have to pay your credit card merchant fees? Couldn't give me an answer, and couldn't just be straight with me and give me the $8 back. I'm straight on this place, I took my business somewhere else. Also sky was clear of clouds that day by the time of my scheduled jump LOL. - via
