Vianden Castle, located in Vianden in the north of Luxembourg, is one of the largest fortified castles west of the Rhine. The 10th century, the more familiar castle form was built in the Romanesque style from the 11th to 14th century. Public toilet available inside for free. Tickets need to buy either online or at the entrance. Maybe free for babies. You need good pairs of leg cause there is a good hike. Only bus available to reach there from the Luxembourg gare centrale (city centre). Free car parking arounds but tends to be busy on weekends. There is a cable car ride. Also, beautiful surroundings and a river walk. - via
