Horrendous! Do not go with this terrible company! Less than 24 hours before our planned trip, 2d and 2n on their Powerplay boat, with us having flown up from Sydney to QLD that morning, I received this email from Rachel, the reservations manager at this company: “Good Afternoon Adrian, Due to some unexpected maintenance, we have unfortunately had to cancel tomorrow’s departure on Powerplay.” Did Rachel offer us a different boat? No. Did Rachel offer us a full refund? No. Rachel just said change the date or go talk to your travel agent but they may take an administrative fee so you might not get all your money back. Terrible service and terrible company. Look elsewhere. - via
