BEWARE!!! UNLESS YOU LIKE GIVING MONEY LOTS OF MONEY AWAY...
PCH Scuba’s personnel are knowledgeable, helpful, and upbeat when connecting with you and convincing you to partake in their programs. They’re completely unresponsive and unethical when a refund is involved.
I paid $1,700.00 to partake in a trip/MSD but was relocated out of state for work. I understand that there might/should be a penalty, and righteously so, but to keep all of the funds for services not received? Bad business practice. I should mention that I called them and emailed them over the course of SEVEN months, both informing them of changes in plans AHEAD of time and following up to try and recover funds. NOTHING. I got jerked around and blown off every step of the way. My best assumption, since they WON’T acknowledge this and do the right thing, is they waited me out so I couldn’t dispute the charges within appropriate time parameters for my bank.
I typically do not take the time to do this, but PCH Scuba worked hard for this review and earned it. $1,700.00… let that sink in for a minute. - via
