Our event (Dolphin Sanctuary Kayak Tour) was cancelled due to inclement (windy) weather. Bayplay notified us by phone the day before. We asked for a cancellation email which was promptly provided. In our circumstances, we preferred a full refund instead of credit for future use and payment was returned within 3 working days. Mersia was very helpful and professional. We didn’t get to do the tour, but 5 stars were warranted. We hope to try again with Bayplay next time. - via
