Reasons:
1 ) Phucket -Everything was perfect except Tailboat fees in Phiphi Island
9 can travel in a single boat but still they were restricted for 4 people & one of our team faced the worst experience with a tailboat person
2 ) Bangkok - Didn't planned check -in time properly so we checked-in early and also we missed complimentary breakfast.
3 ) Pattaya - We are not satisfied with the Crystal palace hotel rooms. Since it's 3 sharing room but room space is not enough for 3 people. There are many good spots on coral island but they just dropped us off and asked us to self explore.
We had a worst experience on return day
You guys know our flight timings and hotel transfers , You should have booked hotel accordingly
Our return flight is on 30th jan Night 10 pm
Hotel to airport transfer time is 4:30pm
but our hotel checkout time is 30th Jan 12 pm
I don't know on what criteria you booked in this timing.
Did you plan in such a way that we would need to stay on roads with all our luggage from 12pm to 4:30pm in pattaya?
When I checked with your support they told me that it's a sales person issue.
They didn't convince the hotel to extend check out time instead telling us to pay for extending. They informed me that his manager will connect to resolve this issue but no one responded till check out.
We are not asking anything as free but this shouldn't happen at the last minute.
You should consider these timing issues earlier and adjust the itinerary accordingly
The only reason for coming to trip planners is to plan such things effectively. But we are not satisfied with your plans.
Overall review: You guys are best for couples trips but your plan doesn't fit for bachelor trips or group trips.
Another thing we noticed was that your availability before making payments was 24/7 .
But after making payments you guys didn't respond the same as before. We waited for small small things for a long time.
