Purchased a light from them via a scuba board. They sent me the light with a broken bulb and a bulb meant to replace it. The bulb was not the right one and they don’t make the bulb anymore. I asked for a refund or at least some sort of credit and was denied. Very frustrating because I literally cannot use that light. I even contacted Halcyon, the maker of the light and they have no solutions. So now I’m out $600 for a piece of junk sitting in my shelf and this shop is no help.
Their only redeeming factor is their lovely employee Nora who has tried to assist me through this situation. - via
