We are here on vacation and we have been coming to Rincon , for years . Every time we visit we support the local businesses, had great experience in the past with the sales rep very friendly and warm , but this time experience was very different the older women who works there had horrible attitude and was very loud and obnoxious. Every time I come I spend hundreds at this surf shop , I wouldnt given them a cent of my hard earned money , you are in the customer service business be kind , I am very disappointed because I love this place . I work way to hard to give my money to ppl who dont respect were it comes from . I went last night (Thursday nite) and supported all the little business and they were all so gracious and friendly. - via
