The diving in Cebu is pretty bad in terms of things to see and visibility. Most Koreans come to Cebu because it is super cheap. The resort is shabby, and the customer service is absolutely horrible! The food is bad (a Philippino attempt at Korean food), and customer service is bad. The owner is a thief, and is not a genuine person. Also this is a PADI resort, and everyone knows PADI is just for business. Do not pay extra for "Advanced Open Water" or the PADI system. This resort is NOT safe. DO NOT GO HERE for dive training or education. I'm more than happy to point you in the right direction.
